1- The automation and turnstile access system used in our university cafeterias was established in 2013, and today there is a need for maintenance, repair, and renewal of the automation. 2- Sixteen banks operating in Samsun were invited to the open tender conducted by our Rectorate for the renewal of the cafeteria automation and turnstile access system, and this was announced on our website. 3- In the tender, the participating banks competed based on the number of “Suspended Meals” to be provided to students. With 86,000 “suspended meals” per year, the tender was awarded to Akbank T.A.Ş. and the application has been implemented. 4- Starting Monday, November 10, 2025, 400 “Suspended Meals” will be provided (free of charge) to our students every day. Each of our students will be able to benefit from the “Suspended Meal” twice a week and will be able to apply instantly through the “SoliClub” application . 5- Additionally, staff and students using the “SoliClub” application will benefit free of charge from the 4+1 meal campaign for one year in accordance with the Tender Agreement. To benefit from the campaign, it is not necessary to eat meals consecutively; after every 4 meals eaten on different dates within the same month, 1 free meal will be provided. Refunds will be made at the end of the month to the account where monthly payments are made. 6- Announcing this to our staff and students, our students will benefit from 430,000 “Suspended Meals” during the 5-year tender period (86,000 per year x 5 years). 7- It is particularly important to promote the new system for the “Suspended Meals” application.
