The personal information you enter into the system will be used by OMÜ to compile statistics and to communicate with you. Your information will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances. The Alumni Information System is a communication tool created to maintain the connection between our alumni and our university and to preserve communication. Membership is completely free. Entering accurate information is important for your membership to be approved. Required fields are marked with “*”. Your graduation information is obtained through YÖKSİS (e-government) (Higher Education Information System). Students who graduated from our university in 2002 or earlier and do not appear as graduates in YÖKSİS (or e-government) must fill out the form at the link and send it to the fax number (0362) 457 60 12 or the email address oidb@omu.edu.tr. Click here for the form. You will not be allowed to update information that serves as verification, such as your Turkish ID number and/or student number. You can update your personal information that can be changed at any time. When registering, please enter a valid email address that you can use to log in to the system and to receive a new password if you forget it.
